Unified-Account Management System (Japanese only)
*We recommend you to set "password reminder" so that you can recover your password in case you forget your password.
*For security purposes, faculty / staff accounts are disabled by default. For activation,
please refer to the method of first time activation (Japanese only).
Change password
You can change the password of the Unified-Account.
Please read the notes on the screen carefully before changing password.
Password reminder registration
You can register a password reminder.
Please also check the e-mail address to be notified of password when setting password reminder.
The e-mail address to be notified of the password can be set from "Profile change".
Profile change
You can make settings for affiliation, extension number, mail address, Mie University G Suite.
2. Forgot Password

3. Avaiable System
Unified-account were introduced from second half of the fiscal year 2004 in order to unify the accounts of each ever-increasing system.
We plan to collaborate as much as possible with not only the newly introduced systems but also the old systems as much as possible.

4. Issuance and distribution
For students
- Issuance / Distribution
We will distribute the Unified-account notification letter to all students when enrollment from the person in charge.
Also, you can get issued at the Service Terminal located in front of the office in CITN. Please bring your student ID card. - Forgot Password
Please inquire at the service terminal located in front of the office in CITN. Please bring your student ID card.
Also, if you set password reminder, You can inquire from Password Reminder (Japanese only). - Deletion of Account
We will delete the Unified-account one month after graduation . After deletion, you will not be able to login to all systems that work with a unified account.
If you need a backup, please back up before the due date.
For Faculty and Staff
- Issuance / Distribution
We will distribute the Unified-account notice letter to new staff by inter office mail. If you don't come it in a few days, please contact support. - Forgot Password
Please contact support. We will reissue the notice letter, only if you lost it.
Also, if you set password reminder, you can inquire from Password Reminder (Japanese only). - Deletion of Account
We will delete the Unified-account three months after retirement. After deletion, you will not be able to login to all systems that work with a unified account.
If you need a backup, please back up before the due date.
If you are using staff email system and you would like to transfer mail after deletion , please request to support.
We will keep to transfer for 2 years.
