Support desk (For students)

1. Introduction

At the support desk, graduate students help Mie University students solve a variety of problems.



  • ICT support

    Matters related to ICT in university life. (How to set up a computer, use of smartphones and cloud, information security, etc.)

  • Data Science support

    Regarding lectures on Data Science I and II, etc. Let's learn and solve together.

  • Learning support

    How to write references and citations, search for documents, organize documents, assemble a report and a presentation, collect and utilize local materials, and other matters related to learning at Mie University.

2. Center for Information Technologies and Networks support desk

The Information Technology Center Support Desk only accepts consultations related to ICT (information and communication technology).
If you have any problems with how to set up your computer or have any problems, please come visit us.
The response time is weekdays from 16:00 to 19:00.
※The support desk is not open during the holidays.

3. CeMDS support desk

CeMDS Support Desk provides three types of support ICT support, Data Science support , and Learning support.
Service hours are weekdays from 12:00 to 16:30.

CeMDS Support Desk also accepts consultations online (via email or video call).
