Rental PC for students
1. Introduction
At our university, students are required to bring their own personal laptops for university tasks while attending school.
However, Our center will lend laptop computers free of charge for a certain period of time to those who meet the conditions, such as those who have difficulty purchasing a laptop due to financial circumstances, or who wish to use it as a replacement device while repairs are being made.
2. How to apply
Please visit our center、talk to out staff about the reasons for requiring the rental pc, then fill a application form.
We will issue the pc after filling out the form.
3. Usage instructions
- Laptop computers must be used for the purpose of education, research, and independent study.
- Users are responsible for managing the laptops they are renting.
- Subletting to others is prohibited.
- Please be sure to return the item by the return date. If you are unable to return the item by the return date, please be sure to contact our center in advance.
- If your laptop is stolen, lost, damaged, or defaced, please contact our center immediately.
- If repairs are required or cannot be repaired due to handling, you may be required to reimburse the amount.
- After returning the laptop, all data on the laptop will be erased. Please be sure to back up any necessary data yourself before returning it.
4. Computer Specifications
Office applications are already installed on the rental PC for immediate use.
You are free to install the software you need for classes.
