Available places

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd classroom (Center for Information Technologies and Networks 1F)
  • Classes can be conducted by connecting "1st + 2nd", "1st + 3rd", "2nd + 3rd", and "1st + 2nd + 3rd" classrooms.
    The red word is the parent classroom. The image of the teaching machine in the parent classroom will be projected to the projector in the child classroom.

Network configuration

The classroom is a private network.
It is NAPT by FW and is connected to the research LAN and the Internet. FW's NAPT and filtering conditions are private.
Please consult separately if necessary.

AC : Academic license. The details differ depending on the software.
F : Free of charge.
AC-F : Free for educational institutions.

*"Floating" is available in all classrooms unless otherwise specified, but is limited by the number of concurrent executions.

3．Terminal configuration

Drive configuration

  • C : System
  • D : Reading and writing are possible. However, all files will disappear after rebooting.
  • N : "\\wfs\share" Shared area (on file server). Teachers can read and write. Students only read.
  • Z : "\\wfs\home" Home drive (home directory) (on file server).

When rebooting, changes (additions, editing) to not only drive D but all local files are lost.

File server (home folder)

  • Home folder is on the file server, and personal folders are mounted on "z:".
    "My Documents" = "Home Directory" = "z:\".
  • The capacity limit is 1GB (1024MB). A notification will be sent to the student email if usage exceeds 80%.
  • This file server is provided for lectures using the educational system and for self-study related to it.
    Please note that it can not be used as a general-purpose file server that has nothing to do with lectures.
