How to set up Mac mail App

Example

Email address for login: yamada.cc@mie-u.ac.jp

Mail address: yamada@cc.mie-u.ac.jp


  1. Open the Add Account screen.
    Select "Google."

  2. Enter your email account (sign in email address and password) to sign in.

  3. Click "Continue."

  4. Please select the items you want to allow macOS access to, and click "Continue."

  5. Click "Done."

  6. An account has been added.
    Next, set up your e-mail address.

  7. Click on “Mail” → “Setting".

  8. Click on "Email Address" and then "Edit Email Address"

  9. Click the "+" button.

  10. Enter the email address (example setting: yamada@cc.mie-u.ac.jp) and click "OK".

  11. Select the registered e-mail address."

  12. Configuration is complete. Please make sure that you can send and receive e-mails.
