FAQ about Printers
1. I cannot print on the printer.
The number of sheets printed may have exceeded the limit. You can check your Printing Points from Print Management System.If your printing points are close to the limit, you can add more points. Please pick up an "Application for Additional Number of Printers" at the counter of the Center for Information Technologies and Networks and apply for it.
If you do not have a problem with the limit, you may be able to print without any problem by converting the file to a pdf file.
Please create a pdf, check the inside of the pdf, and if there are no problems, try printing it out on the printer.
If you cannot find the cause of the problem, please contact the technical staff room on the left side of Center for Information Technologies and Networks. We will investigate the cause.
2. I want to increase the maximum printing points.
The maximum printing point limit (100 points) is a value that is not reached by 90% of users.Printing points can be added upon application(From 2022, the fee is charged). Please click here how to apply.
