The application form can be downloaded from the side menu of this site (or click here). The title and abstract of the presentation paper and the participant’s name should be received by Mie University no later than June 28, 2013. The final manuscript is due August 30.

Notice for Authors
Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts in English in the appropriate format. Each author accepts full responsibility for the content of his/her own paper and ensures that the paper submitted to this Seminar has never been published elsewhere. The copyright of the proceedings of the Seminar belongs to the Organization Committee of the 20th Tri-University International Joint Seminar & Symposium 2013.
Oral Presentation Sessions & Poster Sessions
Authors will be given twelve minutes for oral presentations plus three minutes question time (total of fifteen minutes). In addition, questions, answers and discussions will be freely exchanged during poster sessions. Authors are expected to provide materials for poster sessions as well.
Awards for Best Presenters
We intend to give the Best Presentation Award to an author of each theme. Authors are encouraged to mark one of the five themes clearly on the application form.
Language
English is the official language at the Seminar. Interpreting will not be officially provided.

All participants should register for the meeting on October 28, 2013 as shown in the schedule (see Overview).
